Enjoy a deep, soothing healing journey for mind, body and soul. Gently guided by Josephine’s voice you will experience a profound state of love, calm and space.
Using yoga nidra, guided visualisation, meditation, sound, breath and intention you will reconnect to your inner essence which is infinite love.
Bring layers and blanket to lie on (or yoga mat). Feel free to bring a tea flask or a little crystal: anything that will help you feel more safe and relaxed.
