New Year New You Retreat

5-9th of Jan 2023 Snowdonia, Wales

This is a wonderful restorative retreat which is suitable for ALL levels and experience of yoga and meditation. Includes twice daily yoga practice (energising morning flow and restorative yin in the afternoons). There will also be lots of opportunity to go for lovely walks and visit enchanting waterfalls literally from the doorstep of our beautiful house. There will be daily, guided meditation in nature if weather permits and creative journalling. This is a wonderful opportunity to unplug from every day stresses and instead tune into your heart, body and soul.

The location is about 3hrs with train from London Euston and a taxi ride or you can drive. We will be in a very remote location so if might be worth taking your car if possible:)

I will only offer this to max 8 lovely souls so we will have a fantastic intimate and down to earth vibe which will help to keep the loving peaceful vibe which is the intention behind this retreat offer.

8am Meditation & morning yoga

9:30am Breakfast

11:30am -3pm Booked 121 or FREE time

3pm Meditation (30mins)

5pm Yin yoga

6:30pm Dinner
