12-1PM Positive Rituals & Slow Down 

Inspiring talk by Nordic Sister’s all about how even the smallest changes in everyday life really impacts all aspects of our wellbeing from how feel mentally, emotionally and even physically. Expect a fun and relaxed session with lots of opportunities for questions and answers.  Yoga (Slow Down) & Closing: Enjoy a deeply relaxing end to the day with the beautiful practice of Yin yoga, guided visualisation and energy healing all mixed together by Josie. Leave on a high feeling rejuvenated, restored and ready to take on the world with a new perspective.
